I have worked at several different companies before joining Westchase Physical Therapy. Once I joined the team I immediately felt welcomed and found an environment that everyone genuinely enjoyed sharing with each other. Experienced therapists are eager to help and show newer therapists techniques and share ideas. A great front desk helps to ease the workload by handling most of the scheduling and letting therapists know when progress notes are due, this is something I was responsible for in a previous job. Westchase also has a very achievable bonus structure. A bonus can come in the form of seeing a specific number of patients or getting commission for selling items and services. There is plenty of room for growth as the company is still growing and has a history of promoting from within. Work can be stressful at times but working with a great staff and accommodating owners makes the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend a position with Westchase Physical Therapy for any therapist who is interested in improving themselves.

I’ve worked for Westchase Physical Therapy for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Many PT companies burn you out quickly and require you to see 3+ patients per hour. At Westchase PT, they don’t do that. This allows me to be a better clinician and provide optimal care for my patients. Westchase PT also provides opportunities to grow within the company and hold inservice training every other Tuesday so that I can continue to build my skills as a clinician. I was referred to Westchase Physical therapy because I had excruciating back pain that severely hampered my sleep and daily mobility unless I took medication. I didn’t want to take medication long term, so I diligently attended my therapy sessions and worked out at home.
