Zackery Burkholder

Physical Therapy Assistant

Zack graduated from Concorde with his Associate in Science degree for Physical Therapist Assistance in 2015. Over the last decade, Zack’s practiced physical therapy in three different states, working in a wide variety of disciplines including outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and persistent pain management. With a passion for helping people through difficult and complex issues, Zack enjoys treating chronic pain patients through an evidence-based holistic approach. When he’s not treating patients, Zack’s free time is spent reading stories with silly voices to his two year-old son, wandering Disney with his wife, and indulging in an eclectic blend of nerdy hobbies
