Physical Therapist

Hello, my name is Dr Tyler Frazier, DPT. I was raised here in Palm Harbor Florida. I received my Bachelors in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2018 and completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St.Augustine for Health Sciences. I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular and sports-related injuries and watching patients succeed through their physical therapy journey!

When I’m not at work, I enjoy going to the gym, and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Lightning!
